Jeff took the time to answer all our questions and concerns regarding the repair process and price. He provided repair options and detailed exactly what needed to be done.

During the demolishing of the old shower base, he would show us why it cracked and provided additional details on what he found was a concern. Jeff made sure to fix all the existing problems. He would give us a 'play by play' of the work that was currently being done. He made us feel very comfortable with each step of the process.
