Meet the Owner
Jeff has been building custom homes in the Houston area since the early 1980's. Remodels, patio covers, gazebos, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and other outdoor amenities are the majority of his recent endeavors. He's also tackled big scale residential renovations and he's helped homeowners save thousands of dollars with his expertise in cost evaluation and construction management.
He has an amazing eye for detail and supreme understanding of construction. He only works with the best contractors in the area and always builds every structural element according to engineer specs, ensuring that his projects stand up through the test of time.
Our Approach
For a successful remodel it is very important to have clear discussions early on the project about the client's expectations, the budget and how we operate. In every job we do we try to balance three key components: time, budget and quality.
With that in mind, we deliver our first quote on your project. The numbers can be adjusted along the project as the client decides on the final selections.
We are extremely transparent in our quotes, and we like to keep the lines open during construction so the client is aware of where we are in the project and what's the status of the timeline.
